1. The service
We design and build a WordPress website for your business based on the information you provide, and publish it to hosting we set up and manage for you.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to any business details, logos and materials you submit. You confirm you may use them.
3. Ownership
On completion, the website and its content are yours. You receive WordPress admin access and may modify the site at any time. Hosting is provided and managed by us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful content. We may decline or remove builds that violate this.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
